My wife and I currently serve as Global Worship Directors at the Redemption to The Nations Church and the Worship Track Directors at the Redemption School of Ministry in Chattanooga, TN. We also travel the country ministering in song and the Word at conferences and local churches, where we pour into worship departments and musicians our desire for unity and for God's presence.

Dr. Jerry E. McNabb is a retired active duty Navy Chaplain with the rank Navy CAPTAIN (full Colonel). He has held many strategic positions with the Navy from ships at sea, the US Marine Corps, the Pentagon, Chief of Chaplains Office, numerous overseas assignments, including the Middle and Far East, and served on Admirals staff for 15 years of his career. Dr. McNabb is an Ordained Bishop with the International Church of God, Cleveland, Tennessee, and has served as the Assistant Director and Endorser of his denominations Chaplains Commission, as well as the Assistant to the Executive Administrator of the Church of God Headquarters Care Division. At the present time he serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Church of God Theological Seminary and is President and CEO of the non-profit organization, Global Institute for Ministry and Training.

Dr. Jason Stubbs
William “Jason” Stubbs, was born and raised in the archipelagic country of the Bahamas on the island of New Providence, Bahamas. Dr. Stubbs matriculated to the United States to attend college and graduated with a Bachelors of Arts (B.A) degree from Lee University. Dr. Stubbs felt a deep sense of calling and urgency for the ministry and continued his educational pursuits at the Church of God Theological Seminary and completed his Masters degree. Dr. Stubbs continued his education and completed his first earned Doctorate (Ph.D.) degree in Adolescent Psychology writing and conducting research on “Adolescent Behavioral Psychopathology in the Bahamas”. With a love for education and learning as a formational experience, Dr. Stubbs completed his second earned Doctorate, a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) at the Pentecostal Theological Seminary in Leadership & Administration, completing his dissertation on “Developing Formational Millennial Leaders”. Dr. Stubbs believes in the philosophy of John Maxwell that “everything rises and falls on leadership”. He is an avid reader of leadership books and biblical comparative analysis of leaders of the bible. Dr. Stubbs is completing the process to become a John Maxwell Certified Trainer and Speaker.
Dr. Stubbs has had experience on staff at several churches in the southeastern part of Tennessee noted by Outreach magazine as one of the top 100 fastest growing churches in the United States with an average of over 6000 weekly attendance. Before joining the Redemption School of Ministry team as Executive Director, Dr. Stubbs served as the Executive Associate Pastor at Redemption Point Church. Dr. Stubbs serves as the FORGE young adult pastoral liaison and enjoys serving and seeing the connection and transformational growth of his generation. Jason is an ordained Bishop in the Church of God with headquarters in Cleveland, TN.
Dr. Stubbs met his stunning wife at Lee University, Lynsey Shea Pendergrass-Stubbs and they enjoy spending time together with each other and family members. Dr. Stubbs and Lynsey have two rambunctious dogs a boxer and shih-tzu “Maddy” and “Rosie”.
Dr. Stubbs’s mantra and ministry philosophy is to “equip the saints to do the work of the ministry” and to see the next generation empowered to walk out the calling God has purposed for them to expand the Kingdom.
