Third Year Internship & Leadership Program

The third year at Redemption School of Ministry is not simply another academic year—it is a year of expanded leadership development, activation, and legacy. Designed as an internship experience, the third year is for students who are ready to move from being equipped to becoming trusted leaders who carry responsibility, vision, and revival into every sphere they influence.

This year focuses on developing mature sons and daughters who lead with both spiritual depth and practical excellence. Students are immersed in real ministry environments and organizational leadership while continuing personal, spiritual and practical formation.

What Makes Third Year Different?

Third-year students step into the next level of hands-on leadership across the house. Rather than only learning in the classroom and serving in departments, students actively build, lead teams, solve problems, steward people, and help carry the vision of the ministry in day-to-day operations.

Students are mentored directly by pastors, leaders, and department heads while receiving practical leadership development and ministry experience in areas such as:

  • Church and ministry administration

  • Event and conference leadership

  • Worship and creative ministries

  • Prayer and revival ministry

  • Outreach and evangelism

  • Media, production, and communications

  • Education and mentorship

  • Discipleship and team leadership

  • Nonprofit and organizational operations

Leadership Formation

The third year is intentionally built around leadership formation. Students learn how to:

  • Lead through humility and honor

  • Build healthy culture and teams

  • Navigate responsibility and accountability

  • Steward vision and people well

  • Lead with emotional and spiritual health

  • Operate with wisdom, excellence, and integrity

  • Carry revival while remaining grounded in character

This year combines mentorship, leadership labs, real-world ministry and marketplace experience, personal coaching, and strategic development to prepare students for long-term Kingdom impact.

A Year of Ownership & Legacy

Third-year students are entrusted with helping build what God is doing within the ministry or marketplace. Each student develops a focused area of service and leadership based on their gifts, calling, and passions. Students are challenged not only to serve faithfully but to leave behind systems, culture, discipleship, and leadership that strengthen the generations coming behind them.

This is a year where vision becomes responsibility, calling becomes action, and students discover what it means to carry the heart of revival into practical leadership.

The Goal of Third Year

The goal of the third year is not simply to graduate students—it is to launch leaders.

  • Leaders who can disciple others.

  • Leaders who can build healthy ministries and organizations.

  • Leaders who understand both the presence of God and the responsibility of leadership.

  • Leaders who carry revival with humility, wisdom, and love.

At RSM, we believe revival is sustained not only by passion, but by transformed people who know how to lead well.
