Autumn is the Institutional Executive Director of The Redemption School of Ministry and carries a unique anointing to develop and oversee large and multifaceted ministry endeavors with a keen understanding and ear for what Yahweh is saying in the earth. Her passion is to activate sons and daughters in The Kingdom and to help them find their prophetic destinies.

A resident of Chattanooga TN, Autumn has spent the last 20 years building teams and developing leaders in both Fortune 500  Companies and in some of the largest and most influential ministries in The Kingdom.

She is married to JR Fitch, a Senior Vice President of Benjamin F Edwards and they have a 6-year-old son Samuel, and a 6-month-old, Abigail

Rick Smith is the Assistant Director of The Redemption School of Ministry.

Wilmari Hamilton is passionate about seeing men and women of God realize the amazing gifts God has given them and learn to apply them to the kingdom of God. Her desire is that all people will learn that the kingdom of God is advanced every time we exercise our talents, no matter in what area or what capacity- everyone is needed, important and necessary. She desires to equip people with strategy, tools and the word of God to help them achieve the destiny that God has for them.

Wilmari works as the Student Service Director at Redemption School of Ministry in Chattanooga, TN. Her family is her most treasured gift: her husband Andy, and children Nyah and Noah. She also loves coffee (well coffee loves her), laughing, shopping, and has a slight obsession with office organizational stuff.
